Stars of HIS Guindy
Winning takes talent, to repeat takes character. We take immense pride in announcing the winners from HIS Guindy in various events and categories.
1.1 & 1.2.Joell Nichole of Grade 8, HIS Guindy won Dr.KCG Verghese memorial trophy in All India Invitation Inter School Tennis tournament organized by KCG college of Tech on 20th and 21st July in Under 14 category. She also won the Fair Play award and a cash reward. She competed against 34 boys from the same category.
2.Jayden Raphael of Senior KG, HIS Guindy ranked 2nd in Inter school Skating competition organized by Futurechampz skating academy.
3.Nambi Aarooram of Grade 2, HIS Guindy won Third Prize in the Under-7 category in the National open chess tournament organised by Villupuram Chess Association in Surya Group of Institutions. The event took place between 12th and 15th of July.
4.Student delegates from HIS Guindy participated in APL MUN Session 5. This session created an awareness on key current affairs and on the functioning of the various world organizations and enabled them to form new thoughts and perspectives on the ever-changing world.
